Thermal Fin Vacuum Dryer DPD3.1

The Thermal Fin Vacuum Dryer DPD3.1 can prevent yellowing and oxidation of the product and improve the molding quality by drying at a vacuum and low temperature with a vacuum heat transfer method. In addition, there is also the effect of removing gas, and the frequency of maintenance on the mold surface can be reduced. (Build-to-order manufacturing)

1. Air shock function
Some plastic raw materials are prone to bridging or blocking. The air shock function solves such problems.
2. Improved operability of transportation control
For many raw materials, secondary transport batch sizes must be adjusted. In conventional machines, this was done by valve adjustment. DPD3.1 made it possible to adjust the batch amount in the touch panel settings.
3. Improved energy efficiency by improving insulation specifications
Compared to the conventional model, the heat insulation has been improved in every detail to prevent heat dissipation, thereby improving energy efficiency.
4. Quick drying
By installing hopper internal transmission fins in the outer and central parts and individually controlling the temperature, the temperature can be raised and dried efficiently in a short time.
5. Energy saving
Reduced pressure lowers the evaporation temperature of water, making it possible to dry at low temperatures. Energy consumption is 1/2 to 1/4 that of a Dehumidifying Dryer (when waiting for molding).
6. Maintenance
The hopper lid uses a lifting lift to facilitate internal cleaning. The inside of the hopper is smooth with hard alumite treatment, making it difficult for resin powder to adhere.
