Filed a lawsuit against Kawata Mfg. Co., Ltd., Ltd. for an injunction against the manufacture and sale of the new flow hopper due to our patent infringement.

We applied our patent (Name: "Method for mixing and removing fine powder and its device" Patent No. 3767993 to Kawata Mfg. Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 1-15-15 Awaza, Nishi-ku, Osaka City). ), seeking an injunction against the company's production and sales of fluid hoppers and compensation for damages. During the trial in 2008 (Wa) No. 10819), Kawata Mfg. Co., Ltd. made a model change to the new flow hopper (see below). We still believe that this device infringes our patent rights, and on June 3, 2013, we filed a lawsuit with the Osaka District Court seeking an injunction to stop the manufacture and sale of this new fluid hopper. Therefore, I would like to make a report (Osaka District Court 2013 (wa) No. 5600).

* In addition, a part of the damages was approved for the case of Osaka District Court No. 10819 in 2008 (W), but it is currently being heard in the appeal trial (Intellectual Property High Court 2013 (W)). No. 254).
