This is an introduction to a molding technology called High Speed Heat Cycle Molding (RHCM) or Heat & Cool Molding.
By rapidly heating the mold to the resin's softening point during one molding cycle and then rapidly cooling it to a temperature at which the mold can be removed, we can improve mold transferability and obtain surface quality that cannot be achieved with general molding.
