MATSUI MFG. CO., LTD., Ltd. regarding our response to the judgment of our patent infringement lawsuit regarding Kawata Mfg. Co., Ltd., Ltd.'s fluidized hopper device

We would like to inform you about the free license of the patent related to the following litigation fluid hopper manufactured by Kawata Mfg. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., which was announced in "Judgment regarding our patent rights (News)" as follows. For the reason of the judgment, it is an act of infringement to use the stirring hopper in question for mixing multiple materials such as virgin material and Regrind material (however, if it is used for only a single material, it is not an infringement. Please refer to the previous News for details). As a precaution, we will introduce examples of use in cases where a license is required due to infringement in the judgment, shown in Figures 2 to 4.

If you wish to grant a license, please fill in the necessary items on the link "License application for free license" on the last page and contact us by mail. The application period is until September 30th.
