Reason for business transfer:

Lightweight, high-precision molded products that take advantage of the features of MuCell® technology are used in a variety of fields such as automobiles, packaging, and home appliances, and needs are expected to continue to expand in the future. By using MuCell technology, which contributes to the reduction of resin and energy consumption, we aim to build further competitiveness in the market while contributing to the continuation of sustainable business activities.

Expected effects of MuCell® technology (micro foam molding system):

Improved product quality: Product dimensional accuracy is improved, and warpage and sink marks are expected to be improved. By forming fine cells uniformly, it can replace holding pressure and create molded products with less distortion.

Reduction of resin usage: Reduction in part weight. In addition to reducing the density by foaming, we can also reduce the volume of the product by adopting a new design that takes advantage of foaming.

Improved productivity: By shortening the holding pressure time, the molding cycle time can be shortened. The effect of low-pressure molding, which does not use holding pressure, increases the number of moldings and downsizes the molding machine, improving production efficiency.
