Our unique patented airflow control technology achieves maximum dust removal effect. Conventional dust removal methods use centrifugal force _*1, which uses the cyclone principle, and there is a risk that fine powder will not be able to pass through the filter holes during the short transport time and will be transported to the subsequent process. However, the ARV is designed to generate airflow within the unit, encouraging conveying air that has passed through the filter to return to the conveying line, preventing a drop in airflow volume. The strong airflow transports micro powder from inside the filter to the dust collector.

The material is pressed against the inner wall by centrifugal force and rotates along the wall surface, so that only the dust (fine powder) removed by the filter is subjected to gravity and collected in the dust remover.
