Matsui's proposal for the next generation is the iplas Series equipped with self-control functions.

"Iplas" is a combination of intelligence and plastic.

The iplas Series of products autonomously determine the equipment's usage status from data obtained through continuous monitoring, achieving self-control to switch to the most energy- and resource-saving operating mode.
By controlling the equipment according to usage conditions, such as full production, low-volume production, and temporary stoppages, it is highly effective in reducing running costs compared to conventional machines.

In addition, the system autonomously monitors the equipment's usage and controls it based on that data, which contributes to labor savings by reducing the number of people and time required for operation.
